Level 1 introduces you to the fundamental concept of improvisation. Through group exercises and games, you will explore impulse & spontaneity, listening, being present in the moment, taking risks, and other building blocks, all in a supportive environment. Whether you’re someone who wants to pursue comedy and acting or you just want to get out of your own head; this class helps you build confidence while helping eliminate self-doubt.
